PARTITIONS
Partitions are an efficient way to divide an internal space.
Dunlough Contracts install a wide range of partitions to meet the required specification and design intention, ranging from lightweight metal stud partitions, jumbo stud partitions, fire rated and acoustic partition.
GLASS PARTITIONS / GLAZED SCREENS
Glass partitions walls create a modern feel to any space. The large glass panels maintain the appearance of open space whist providing the privacy required.
We can supply and install a range of glass partitions, from single glazed frame less partitions to double glazed systems. The glass used can also be tailored to the design specification to meet acoustic or fire rated requirements.
SUSPENDED CEILINGS
Dunlough Contracts are specialist ceiling installers. We work closely with all manufacturers to provide the required specification, performance and appearance.
M/F Ceilings/ Suspended grid and tile/Baffles and Acoustic Panels/ Timber Slat/Bespoke options.
Our experience working worldwide enables us to utilize our knowledge off available products/systems to delivery on the most unique and complex projects.
DRYLINING / PLASTERING
Plasterboard Lining, finished by 'tape and jointing' to leave a smooth finish ready for decorating.
Dry-lining avoids the need for 'wet plastering' therefore is a favorable finish for many clients/contractors.
Plasterboard can be also fixed directly to concrete/block walls by using a 'dot and dab' method avoiding traditional sand and cement coatings.
Dunlough Contracts are also pleased to now offer airless ready-mix spray applications. These systems are fast becoming the method of choice.
STRUCTURAL FRAMING
Metsec/SFS structural framing installations. A light gauge galvanized steel structural framing system, suitable for a wide range of sector applications. The system also works with a range of external finishes, including brickwork, insulated render, timber cladding, composite panels and brick slip systems.
We can work with the leading manufactures, to supply and install the entire package, including taking design responsibility.
